Wir sind auf Grund der TV Sendung "Mein Lokal, dein Lokal" mit hohen Erwartungen hier gewesen. Diese wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Uns störte, dass das gesamte Fleisch auf einmal gegrillt wurde und wir alles fast gleichzeitig auf dem Teller hatten. Klar, hätte man eine Runde aussetzen können, dann wäre es aber noch kälter gewesen. Auch fanden wir die Beilagen zum Preis von 37,50 Euro eher überteuert. Wir hätten uns für den Gesamtpreis von über 200 Euro für 2 Personen einen anderen Ablauf gewünscht. Das leider während dem Vezahlvorgang anderer Gäste, die einiges zur Rechnung erklärt haben wollten, die Stimmung kippte, trug leider zum unzufriedenen Gefühl bei. Schade.
Wie das Leben so spielt - Zeit zwischen 2 Terminen und ein wenig Sightseeing auf dem Land. Und dann ist da dieser Fleischladen - kein Metzger, sondern Fleisch für Griller! Der erste Plausch im Laden ist unkompliziert, freundlich. Ich fühle mich willkommen. Dann gefällt mir das Pinaha aus Argentinien. Mit gut 2 KG leider zu groß. "Ich kann dir das aufmachen und deine Portion abschneiden, vakuumieren und mitgeben". Das flasht mich. Ungefragt meinen Bedarf erkannt und darauf eingegangen. Dazu noch ein paar Tipps zur Zubereitung. Mega Service, tolles Ambiente, prima Fleisch! Da fahre ich gerne 35 KM für meinen Braten.......
Tolle neue Geschäftsidee TABLE by DERSTEAKLIEFERANT. Wir durften beim Probeessen mit dabei sein. Vielen Dank hierfür. Wirklich hervorragendes Essen in sechs Gängen. Gekocht und angerichtet wurde vor unseren Augen. Einfach vorzüglich. Wir wünschen viel Erfolg und werden demnächst mit guten Freunden wiederkommen.

Es gibt eine wöchentlich wechselnde Angebotskarte und es wird selbst gewurstet. Darüber hinaus werden Weine, Gewürze, Fonds und Barbecue Saucen angeboten.
